DIRECT DEBIT Waterworx will debit your nominated account fortnightly as signed and accepted by you.
A $15 administration fee will be charged on initial booking of first child. Lessons are held continuious through the yearwith only being closed for public holidays and Xmas/New Year period.
SUSPENDING PAYMENTS A minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the start date of all suspensions is required. Notification is to be sent via our Facebook page or emailed to info@waterworxswimcentre.com.au No suspension request will be backdated under any circumstances. All suspensions are for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 6 weeks. All suspensions will be charged $5.00 holding fee per family for each week of the suspension. Maximum of 6 weeks per 12 month period.
CANCELLING PAYMENTS 30 days’ notice required. Message via our Facebook page or email info@waterworxswimcentre.com.au. All messages are kept for any future reference. If notification of intent to cancel is not received 30 days prior, the account will be charged as agreed. Suspensions cannot be used once notice of cancellation is given.
DISHONOURED PAYMENTS It is your responsibility for ensuring that your nominated account is able to accept direct debits. If there are insufficient funds in your account to meet a debit payment you must arrange for sufficient funds to be in your account for re-billing. Re-billing will occur the following Thursday All failed payment are charged a $5.50 dishonour fee by Integrapay. We have no control over this fee.
MISSED LESSONS DUE TO ILLNESS. In order to receive a credit; Notice must have been received prior to the lesson and a doctor’s certificate is required. Make up lessons are not available.
CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS In the unlikely event that the terms and conditions change. 14 days’ notice will be given prior to the changes taking place. Notice will be displayed in the centre or posted on our Facebook page.
